Every business is different. The number of roles, channels, integrations, and data sources all affect what we build and what it costs to run. Rather than publish a number that might not fit your situation — and have you budget for the wrong scope — we have a 30-minute discovery call first. What does the setup fee cover?
The one-off setup fee covers everything needed to get your agent from zero to live: discovery (understanding your workflows, data sources, and requirements), building and configuring the agent to your specific use cases, security review and least-privilege access configuration, testing with real data, and handover. It's the investment you make once to get the agent right — the monthly fee after that covers ongoing management and support.
How long does it take to go live?
Typically around two weeks from signed agreement to go-live. That includes the discovery session, build, security pass, and final testing. More complex deployments — multiple agents, deep integrations, or custom data sources — may take a little longer. We'll give you an accurate timeline after the discovery call.
Is there a contract or lock-in period?
Monthly subscription, 30 days' notice to cancel. No annual lock-in, no penalty for leaving. We'd rather earn your continued business by being genuinely useful than tie you in contractually. The only thing that doesn't roll back is the setup fee — that's the cost of building the agent.
What if I want to start with one use case and expand?
That's exactly how most clients start. Begin with the Starter tier — one agent role, one channel, prove the value in your business — then expand to Standard or Premium when you're ready. We build with that progression in mind so expanding scope doesn't mean starting from scratch.
Is my data safe? What about client confidentiality?
Security is our background — Keecore is a Microsoft 365 security MSP, not a startup that bolted on AI. Every deployment uses least-privilege access controls (the agent only accesses what it needs), a documented security pass before go-live, and human review on every output.
